It is crucial to receive the correct marine spare parts as soon as possible to minimize downtime. We understand this as the best. That's why ever since we started our business in 1915, we have been providing you with the best and fastest marine spare parts and service. We provide spare parts support for JRC products for ten years from the last production date. Our JRC spare parts are stored in four warehouses around the world for fast delivery and low transport costs, these we call our Centers of Excellence (COE). Which are located in Rotterdam, Singapore, Tokyo and Houston. We stock thousands of different original spare parts to make sure we can quote and ship everything you need within 24 hours. All spare parts are original and most JRC parts and are made in the JRC factory to guarantee the best quality.

To ensure that our logistics run as efficiently as possible so that you have help as quickly as possible, we use a service network. Worldwide we have hundreds of distributors and dealers available. This is to guarantee fast delivery and installation of your spare parts. In addition to our network of hundreds of local service points with their own spare parts stock, more than 25 of these points are also special First Aid Kit (FAK) locations. A FAK partner has a full set of necessary spare parts for the widest range of old and new JRC products. All our local service partners have access to this FAK stock for all urgent cases to avoid critical situations. Leave it all in our capable hands.
